Great Commission Properties is an organization of churches as designated under IRS code 501c-3, and as such can receive you tax deductible gifts.  We are very efficient with funds raised.  We have no paid staff and all gifts less minor professional fees paid to third parties all funds go into the ministry of church property financing.
