Meet the Board
Great Commission Properties is managed by a voluntary board of seasoned directors with backgrounds in pastoring, law and real estate development.
Our Mission
Launching Church Plants. Lifting Up Local Churches.
Property, financial, and consulting support—right where it’s needed.
Great Commission Properties exists to start new church plants and strengthen struggling congregations in America’s inner cities. We mobilize property donations, financial gifts, and practical consultation to help pastors relaunch ministry, steward facilities wisely, and serve their neighborhoods with hope. By connecting generous donors with churches that need space, funding, and strategy, we turn underutilized buildings into active outposts of gospel work. Our team walks alongside leaders—providing due-diligence support, revitalization planning, and launch coaching—so each project is sustainable and accountable. Whether you’re considering donating property, making a gift, or seeking help for your church, we’re here to multiply healthy, mission-minded churches where they’re needed most.
Beliefs
Great Commission Properties is an independent board dedicated to church planting and revitalization by helping like-minded planters secure and steward facilities. We align doctrinally and practically with Arise Baptist Church—holding to the inspiration and inerrancy of Scripture (using the KJV for teaching), the Trinity, the deity of Christ, the person and work of the Holy Spirit, humanity’s sinfulness, Christ’s substitutionary death and bodily resurrection, salvation by grace through faith, the reality of Heaven and Hell, and Christ’s future return. As Baptists, we affirm biblical authority, the autonomy of the local church, the priesthood of believers, two church offices (pastor and deacon), individual soul liberty, a regenerate church membership, two ordinances (baptism and the Lord’s Table), and the separation of church and state. Our practice emphasizes Bible-based ministry, disciple-making through evangelism and edification, and living distinctly from the world in devotion to Christ.
